Picanha ao forno


Ingredients:

  • 1 rump cap (aprox. 1.2kg)

  • 3 kg of rock salt

Sauce:

  • 4 soup spoon of butter

  • 4 soup spoon of olive oil

  • 1 onion (chopped)

Instructions:

  1. Cover a baking tray with 1 kg of rock salt

  2. Place the rump cap with the fat up

  3. Cover all the meat with rock salt

  4. Place into an oven at 200° C for 40 minutes.

  5. Take the tray from the oven and remove the salt lawyer from the meat

  6. Slice the rump cap and add the sauce on top.

Sauce:

  1. Heat the butter and olive oil in a frypan

  2. Add the onion and fry it for a while.
