Biscoito de polvilho is a Brazilian snack food, typical from Minas Gerais and Central-West region cuisines. Its basic ingredients are water, milk, oil, and cassava starch. They are popular all throughout Brazil, but especially in the northeast and southeast.
Here is a very easy recipe to make it.
Ingredients:
500gr of cassava starch
200 ml boiling water
150 ml of oil
5 eggs
Salt.
Instructions:
1. In a bowl mix cassava starch, boiling water and oil and a salt untill became a homogeneous mixture .
2. Add the eggs, one by one and mix in the don.
3. Put the don in a pastry bag and place the biscuits in a tray.
4. Preheat the oven at 180° C and bake for 25 minutes.
