500 gr of salmon1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 cup of passion fruit juice (or pulp)
1 cup water
1 tablespoon cornflour
1/2 cup sugar
Season salmon with salt, pepper and juice.
Let marinade for 1 hour.
Microwave for 7 to 8 minutes at high power.
Remove, cover and wait 10 minutes in standby time.
Serve with the passion fruit sauce.
Mix all ingredients and microwave for 5 to 7 minutes at high power, stirring 2 times during cooking.
Remove and serve over the reserved salmon.
Sprinkle with passionfruit seeds roasted in the oven.
