I was delighted to test a moqueca de peixe on ceramic spoons this Easter holidays.
Moqueca, this fish stew, flavoured with garlic, lime, dende oil and coconut milk is a very typical Brazilian dish with a distinctive flavour.
So far the results were really good, all family and friends loved the way it was served. It is for sure a nice option to serve as a canapes in a cocktail party and will definitely be your next menu.
